Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and ardosiastone.co.uk unless, and until, an e-mail is sent by ardosiastone.co.uk to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.
This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by ardosiastone.co.uk of your offer to buy goods or services from ardosiastone.co.uk and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
ardosiastone.co.uk are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Processing of orders
Credit cards may be debited before items are despatched by ardosiastone.co.uk.
Delivery
Because of the size and weight of items, most orders are delivered using our dedicated tranport. To keep costs reasonable it is usually necessary to consolidate several deliveries per vehicle journey. Standard delivery charges are therefore nominal based upon wide geographic locations and the use of consolidated loads.
For in-stock items standard delivery is normally made within 28 days, but this can sometimes be longer in busy periods, or for certain locations. Customers requesting more urgent delivery, or delivery on a specific date, can usually be accomodated subject to an extra delivery charge to reflect the additional costs of a dedicated journey to their location. Special delivery will be quoted upon request.
Cancellation
Buyers may cancel orders for in-stock items at any time prior to items being loaded for delivery. In this case no charge will be made and a full refund of any payments will be made.
For items normally held in-stock, buyers may also cancel orders within 30 days after delivery, provided that the goods are returned unused and undamaged with any original packing in tact. In these circumstances buyers must obtain a Returns Authorisation No. from ardosiastone.co.uk in advance of the return.
Orders cancelled within 30 days after delivery, or after items have been loaded for delivery, will receive a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) but excluding any delivery charges. It is the buyers responsibility to return all cancelled items at their cost and to ensure that items are suitably packed and protected during transport. Refunds will not be given for items returned damaged. Alternatively ardosiastone.co.uk will arrange collection of the items from the buyer subject to the prepayment of a collection charge to reflect the full costs of collection from the buyers location.
Items made specially to order are NOT refundable unless damaged or faulty and payment must be made in full.
Damaged Goods
It is the buyers responsibility to thoroughly check all items after delivery. Any claims for missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered items must be made within 3 days of delivery. ardosiastone.co.uk will replace any missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered items at its expense. Alternatively where replacement items are not readily available, ardosiastone.co.uk may at its discretion agree to cancel the order and provide the buyer with a full refund including any initial delivery charges.
Limitation of Liability
Except as specifically stated on this site, neither ardosiastone.co.uk nor any of its directors, employees, agents or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
Changes in Terms
ardosiastone.co.uk reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the ardosiastone.co.uk web site.
